BOX TRUCK SHIPMENTS - All of our 24’ box trucks have full sized lift gates for areas that don’t have a dock facility or forklift. Our trucks can handle up to 12 standard sized pallets in one shipment. |
OnTime Express offers a variety of delivery services to fit your company’s needs. If your shipment needs to be delivered by the end of the same business day or in just a couple of hours, we have the resources to get the job done. In addition, we also offer a 2-Person White Glove Delivery service for those shipments that need extra special care and attention.
Services
- SAME-DAY/NEXT-DAY DELIVERY
- Our Same-Day/Next-Day Service provides you with an economical way of sending shipments. Guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the same day or next business day. In order to guarantee delivery, shipments must be ready for pickup by cutoff time.
- HOT-SHOT DELIVERY
- Our Hot-Shot Service provides you with the quickest way of sending shipments. Shipments will be picked up and delivered as soon as possible. In many cases, this is less than two hours depending on the area.
- BASIC CURBSIDE DELIVERY
- Placement of product in first dry area of home. Often times this is under a carport, in garage, or safe area out the weather.
- 1-PERSON THRESHOLD DELIVERY
- Placement of product just inside the threshold of home.
- 2-PERSON WHITE-GLOVE SERVICE
- Provides you with a way to have those delicate items shipped, such as furniture or larger objects that can’t be handled by one person alone. We will bring items into room of choice, unpack, setup, and remove debris.
